On June 1, at 13։16 an emergency call was received to Kotayk Regional Operative Management Center that fire had broken out on Mashtots Street in Garni village.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad and one fire unit of Gari Volunteer Fire and Rescue Group of Yerevan Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

The fire was localized at 14։07 and extinguished at 14։58. The wooden constructions (about 50 square meters) of the warehouse and piled-up boards (about 1.5 cubic meters) were burnt.
