On January 11, at 23:41 an emergency call was received to Kotayk Regional Crisis Management Center that fire had broken out in a house near building 3 in the 1st lane on Kievyan Street of Yerevan city.

Four more fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squads, the group on duty from Management Division for Firefighting and Rescue Activities of Yerevan Rescue Department and the operative group from Crisis Management National Center and the group on duty Medical Care Provision Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It was found that the fire broke out in two houses on Barbyus Street.

The fire was localized on January 12 at 00:37 and extinguished at 00:52. The roofs of two houses (about 150 square meters) on Barbyus Street, a room in a house (about 18 square meters) and a storage room (about 20 square meters) were burnt.
