On March 14, at 06:40 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that fire had broken out in one of the buildings on Arshakunyats Avenue.

By "1 BIS" degree of fire complexity, four fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squads Rescue Department, the duty group of the Management Division for Firefighting and Rescue Activities of Yerevan Rescue Department, the operative group of the Crisis Management National Center, the duty group of the Medical Care Provision Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that the fire broke out in a stone factory.

The fire was localized at 07:20 and extinguished at 07:50. The plaster ceiling and roof of the stone workshop (225 square meters) with the property inside were burned, the plaster ceiling of the adjacent wood workshop (20 square meters), the wooden constructions of the roof (30 square meters) and the property inside (about 5 square meters) were partially burnt.
