On April 24, at 16:49 an emergency call was received at the Lori Regional Operational Management Center reporting that a fire had broken out in one of the houses on the 9th Street in Chkalov Village.

One fire-rescue unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene. 

The fire was localized at 18:19 and extinguished at 19:12. The roof and ceiling of the house (approximately 240 sq. m) and an area of about 160 sq. m of the house were burnt.
