On December 28, at 00։12 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that electrical substation had been on fire on the highway leading from Nubarashen Highway to Erebuni Museum of in Yerevan city.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

The fire was localized at 00:53 and extinguished at 01:20. The substation's property was partially burnt in an area of 200 square meters.
