On June 5, at 22։38 an emergency call was received to 112 Operative Management Center of the MIA that fire had broken out on the 16th floor of a newly constructed building on Arshakunyats Avenue of Yerevan city.

Four fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad, one autoladder and the duty group from Management Division for Firefighting and Rescue Activities of Yerevan Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

The fire was localized at 23։05 and extinguished at 23։16.
