On September 6, at 08։00 an emergency call was received to 112 Operative Management Center of the MIA that fire had broken out in an apartment in a building on Araratyan Street of Yerevan city.

Five fire units, one autoladder from the Fire and Rescue Squads, the duty group from the Management Division for Firefighting and Rescue Activities of Yerevan Rescue Department, the duty group from Psychological Assistance and Medical Care Provision Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The fire was localized at 08:26 and extinguished at 08:37. An area of about 8 square meters and about 10 meters of cable in an apartment on the 7th floor were burnt.

The psychological assistance was provided to 3 citizens.

The rescuers evacuated the residents.
