On May 26, at 12։05 an emergency call was received to 112 Operative Management Center of the MIA that an apartment had been on fire in a building on Griboyedov Street of Yerevan city.

Five fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squads and the groups on duty of the Management Division for Firefighting and Rescue Activities of Yerevan Rescue Department and the Psychological Assistance and Medical Care Provision Department, three rescue group from the Center for Carrying out Activities of Special Importance of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

The fire was localized at 13:06 and extinguished at 13։18.
