On March 4, at 10։51 an emergency call was received to 112 Operative Management Center of the MIA that fire had broken out on the roof of a house on Kotovski Street of Yerevan city.

"1 BIS" degree of fire complexity was announced: four fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squads and the duty group of the Management Division for Firefighting and Rescue Activities of Yerevan Rescue Department, the duty group of the Psychological Assistance and Medical Care Provision Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA were dispatched to the scene.

The fire was localized at 11:42 and extinguished at 12:18. About 120 square meters of the roof (150 square meters) and about 4 cubic meters of accumulated wood were burnt.

The firefighters prevented the fire from spreading.
