On November 8, at 08:01 an emergency call was received to Tavush Regional Crisis Management Center that house had been on fire in Koti village.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department and two fire units of the Fire and Rescue Squad of Noyemberyan Special Object Protection of the Center for Carrying out Activities of Special Importance of Rescue Forces Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

It turned out that a house was burning on the 7th street in Koti village.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, Z. Kh. (born in 1997), A. A. (born in 2017) and R. A. (born in 2022) had been evacuated on their own.

The fire was localized at 09:05 and extinguished at 10:00. The house (about 180 square meters) with property was burnt.
