On November 29, at 20:18 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that explosion with fire at a gas station on Yerevan highway in Vanadzor town.

Four fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squads of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that an explosion with fire occurred in the compressor room of the gas station.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, the casualty A. M. (born in 1976) had been hospitalized in a medical center.

The fire was localized at 20:46 and extinguished at 21:14. The wooden construction of the roof of the pressure station (about 150 square meters), the compressor and other equipment were burnt and the front part of “ZIL” truck parked near the gas station was damaged.
