On September 21, at 16։43 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center explosion had occurred at the liquid gas filling station at 37/3 Sebastia Street of Yerevan city.

Four fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Yerevan Rescue Department, the operative group of the Crisis Management National Center, the duty groups of the Management Division for Firefighting and Rescue Activities and the Medical Care Provision Department, the duty psychologist of the Psychological Assistance Division of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

An explosion without fire took place in the technical room of the gas station building (about 12 square meters): the window glass of the room was broken and the roof sheet was damaged (about 1 square meter). Three casualties were hospitalized in different medical centers.
