On August 6, at 12։25 an emergency call was received to Armavir Regional Operative Management Center that explosion had occurred at a gas station on the road leading to Sardarapat settlement.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squads of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that an explosion without a fire occurred at a gas station on 5th Street in Norapat settlement. The upper reinforced concrete structures of the underground warehouse in an area of about 100 square meters were damaged. There was a diesel fuel leak.

There were two casualties as a result of the explosion and taken to a medical center.

The firefighters blocked off the scene, prevented the diesel fuel leak and implemented the patrolling.
