South-west wind speed is 2-5 m/s, during thunderstorm the wind speed may reach up to 18-23 m/s.

In the daytime of May 13, on 14 the air temperature will gradually decrease by 3-6 degrees, on 16-18 it will increase by 7-10 degrees.
