Emergency call about fire on Arin Berd Street: the fire extinguished

On May 14, at 09:37 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that according to preliminary information, an empty gasoline tank had been on fire on Arin Berd Street of Yerevan city.
By "Number 2" call of fire complexity six fire units from Fire and Rescue Squads, two autoladder, the group of the Management Division for Firefighting and Rescue Activities of Yerevan Rescue Department, the operative group of the Crisis Management National Center of the Rescue Service of MIA of dispatched to the scene: two more fire units from Fire and Rescue Squads and the group on duty of the Management Division for Firefighting and Rescue Activities of the Rescue Forces Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA left for the scene by request assistance.
It turned out that the fire broke out in an 800,000-liter gasoline tank at a fuel depot in the 3rd lane of Arin Berd Street.
The fire was localized at 10:15 and extinguished at 10:59. The gasoline in the tank was burnt. According to visual inspection data after extinguishing, there were about 1.5 tons of gasoline in the tank.
The rescuers prevented the fire from spreading to the other 5 tanks. They conducted cooling actions on two tanks.
