Earthquake hit 9 km north-west from Martuni town in Armenia
On August 12, at 02:02 local time (at 22:02 GMT) the Seismological Network of the Territorial Seismic Protection Service of the MIA of RA registered an earthquake of magnitude 3.0 and 10 kilometers deep with the geographic coordinates 40․20⁰ N latitude and 45.22⁰ E longitude on 9 km north-west from Martuni town in Armenia.
The intensity of the earthquake in the epicenter was V-VI.
The earthquake was felt in Gegharkunik province with the intensity of V, in Kotayk province-IV and Yerevan city-II-III.
