Earthquake hit 8 km south-east from Bavra village
On May 16, at 12:08 local time (GMT+4 hours) the Seismological Network of the Territorial Seismic Protection Service of the MIA of RA registered an earthquake of magnitude 2.3 and 10 kilometers deep with the geographic coordinates 41.14⁰ N latitude and 43․90⁰ E longitude on 8 km south-east from Bavra village in Armenia-Georgia border.
The intensity of the earthquake in the epicenter was III.
The earthquake was felt in Bavra, Saragyugh, Ghazanchi villages in Shirak province with the intensity of II-III.
