Earthquake hit 8 km north-west from Martuni town
On June 30, at 01:51 local time (GMT+4 hours) the Seismological Network of the Territorial Seismic Protection Service of the MIA of RA registered an earthquake of magnitude 2.2 and 10 kilometers deep with the geographic coordinates 40.19⁰ N latitude and 45․24⁰E longitude on 8 km north from Martuni town of the Republic of Armenia.
The intensity of the earthquake in the epicenter was II-III.
The earthquake was felt in Martuni town, as well as in Yeranos, Lichk and Zolakar villages of Gegharkunik province with the intensity of II.
