On November 15, at 18:02 local time (GMT+4 hours) the Seismological Network of the Territorial Seismic Protection Service of the MIA of RA registered an earthquake of magnitude 1.4 and 10 kilometers deep with the geographic coordinates 40․16⁰N latitude and 44.77⁰ E longitude on 6 km north-east t from Garni village of RA.

The intensity of the earthquake in the epicenter was I-II.

The earthquake was felt in Garni, Goght and Geghard villages in Kotayk province with the intensity of I-II.
