Earthquake hit 43 km north from Kars town
On April 28, at 16:02 local time (GMT+4 hours) the Seismological Network of the Territorial Seismic Protection Service of the MIA of RA registered an earthquake of magnitude 3.9 and 10 kilometers deep with the geographic coordinates 40.98⁰N latitude and 45․10⁰E longitude on 43 km north from Kars town of the Republic of Armenia.
The intensity of the earthquake in the epicenter was V.
The earthquake was felt in Gyumri town, Amasia, Zarishat, Vahramaberd and Marmashen villages of Shirak province with the intensity of II-III.
