Earthquake hit 15 km south-east from Martuni town

On March 28, at 14:26 local time (GMT+4 hours) the Seismological Network of the Territorial Seismic Protection Service of the MIA of RA registered an earthquake of magnitude 2.5 and 10 kilometers deep with the geographic coordinates 40.03⁰N latitude and 45․40⁰E longitude on 15 km south-east from Martuni town of the Republic of Armenia.

The intensity of the earthquake in the epicenter was III.

The earthquake was felt in Madina village of Gegharkunik province with the intensity of II-III.
