Earthquake hit 13 km north-east from Jermuk town
On December 8, at 14:35 local time (at 22:02 GMT) the Seismological Network of the Territorial Seismic Protection Service of the MIA of RA registered an earthquake of magnitude 2.2 and 10 kilometers deep with the geographic coordinates 39․92⁰N latitude and 45.73⁰ E longitude on 13 km north- east from Jermuk town in Armenia.
The intensity of the earthquake in the epicenter was II-III.
The earthquake was felt in Jermuk town and in Kechut and Gndevaz villages of Vayots Dzor province with the intensity of II.
