Earthquake hit 11 km north-west from Stepanavan town
On December 2, at 08:38 local time (GMT+4 hours) the Seismological Network of the Territorial Seismic Protection Service of the MIA of RA registered an earthquake of magnitude 3.4 and 10 kilometers deep with the geographic coordinates 41․06⁰N latitude and 44.27⁰E longitude on 11 km north-west from Stepanavan town of the Republic of Armenia.
The intensity of the earthquake in the epicenter was IV-V.
The earthquake was felt in Stepanavan and Tashir towns, as well as etsavan, Katnarat and Privolnoye villages of Lori province with the intensity of III-IV.
