On February 24, at 05:33 local time (GMT+4 hours) the Seismological Network of the Territorial Seismic Protection Service of the MIA of RA registered an earthquake of magnitude 2.2 and 10 kilometers deep with the geographic coordinates 40.02⁰N latitude and 44․54⁰E longitude on 10 km south-east from Masis town of the Republic of Armenia.

The intensity of the earthquake in the epicenter was II-III.

The earthquake was felt in Masis town, Mkhchyan and Dvin villages with the intensity of II-III.
