Earthquake hit 10 km south-east from Bavra village

On May 20, at 20:30 local time (GMT+4 hours) the Seismological Network of the Territorial Seismic Protection Service of the MIA of RA registered an earthquake of magnitude 2.8 and 10 kilometers deep with the geographic coordinates 41.08⁰ N latitude and 43․88⁰E longitude on 10 km south-east from Bavra village in Armenia-Georgia border.

The intensity of the earthquake in the epicenter was III-IV.

The earthquake was felt in Bavra, Saragyugh and Ashotsk villages in Shirak province with the intensity of II-III.
