On June 19, at 19:17 local time (GMT+4 hours) the Seismological Network of the Territorial Seismic Protection Service of the MIA of RA registered an earthquake of magnitude 3.1 and 10 kilometers deep with the geographic coordinates 40.30⁰N latitude and 45․94⁰E in Republic of Azerbaijan.

The intensity of the earthquake in the epicenter was IV-V.

The earthquake was felt in Vardenis city and Mets Masrik, Geghamasar, Norakert, Sotk, Azat villages in Gegharkunik province with the intensity of II-III.
