Each emergency call must receive an operative response with high professional responsibility: the RS Director was held a working meeting in Syunik province

On April 11, the Director of the Rescue Service - Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Kamo Tsutsulyan, the RS Deputy Director Artur Vardanyan, paid a working visit to Syunik Province to assess the readiness of rescue units, the organization of operational response and the challenges faced on the ground.

They visited first aid support points on the interstate highway in Sisian, Goris and Kapan, which were also designated for operational response during emergency situations.

Kamo Tsutsulyan reviewed the available logistical and technical resources, the staffing levels and the response timelines. He met with on-duty rescuers, inquired about their professional training and existing issues.

During the visit, they also discussed the modernization of technical equipment at the support points and the capabilities for effective response. Kamo Tsutsulyan issued directives for the prompt resolution of existing issues, stressing that the first aid support points must function effectively both in preventive efforts and in urgent response situations.

The Director also visited the Syunik Regional Rescue Department, where he observed by an online system at the crisis management center, the ongoing response operations conducted by fire units evaluating their operational response capabilities.

During the working consultation, several instructions were given aimed at improving the efficiency of the service. The Director of the Rescue Service emphasized that every emergency call from a citizen must receive an immediate response, delivered with a high level of professional responsibility and clearly coordinated actions.
