On May 13, at 09։49 an emergency call was received to Shirak Regional Crisis Management Center that citizen had drowned and did not come out in the lake called "Smaverdi" in Lusaghbyur village: the rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad and the operative group with a diver of the Special Water Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

The diver found the citizen's dead body and pulled it to shore. The rescuers moved the dead body to the mortuary vehicle.
