Information was spread in a mass media that citizens allegedly had pulled a man out of the canal and searching for 2 more people in Yerevan city.

We inform you that on July 17, at around 1:00 an emergency call was received to 112 Operative Management Center of the MIA that citizens had fallen into the canal passing through Batikyan Street of Yerevan city.

The fire units of the Rescue Service and the operative groups of the Police of the MIA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers conducted search operations along the canal at the scene.

It turned out that one citizen fell into the canal, was pulled out and taken to the hospital.

The information spread that two more citizens fell into the canal was fake.
