On March 12, at 21:25 an emergency call was received to Kotayk Regional Crisis Management Center that a man’s body had been found during cleaning operations in the pressure basin of the Arzni HPS. rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

The rescuers pulled the dead body out of the pressure basin (about 4 meters) and moved it to the ambulance.
