On April 10, at 06:59 emergency calls were received to National and Kotayk, Vayots Dzor, Ararat Regional Crisis Management Centers that metal sheets, cars, rain pipes, electrical wires, poles, antennas had been damaged and trees had been fallen on Tigran Mets, Mashtots, Bagratunyats, Arshakunyats, Komitas Avenues in Yerevan, Halabyan, N. Zaryan, Bakunts, Yervand Kochar, Shinararner, Hanrapetutyan, Nubarashen 11th streets, on Tbilisi highway  of Yerevan city, in Abovyan and Yeghegnadzor towns, as well as Arinj village of Kotayk province,  in Herher village of Vayots Dzor province, in Masis town and Dalar village of Ararat province: the rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Yerevan and Regional Rescue Departments, the rescue group from Center for Carrying out Activities of Special Importance of Rescue Forces Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers blocked off the scene, dismantling sheet metal, fixing of pipes, poles, removal of antennas, dismembering and removing fallen.
