On July 28, upon the instruction of the Director of the RS - Deputy Minister of IA and Ararat Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service implemented forced rock removal activities at the 83rd-84th km of Yerevan-Yeraskh roadway.

The goal of the event was to prevent the potential danger of rockfall and ensure traffic safety on the road.

Using specialized technical means, rescue forces removed a rock mass of about 5 cubic meters from a dangerous slope along the road.

The activities were implemented by the rescuers of the Population Protection Division and Ararat Fire and Rescue Squad of Ararat Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Services. The Police Patrol Service provided assistance in ensuring security and regulating traffic, as well as the technical support of the process was provided by specialists from "Ararat Chanshin" LLC.
