Dear colleagues,

the rescuers and veterans,

I extend my heartfelt congratulations to you on the occasion of the professional holiday dedicated to the employees of the most humanitarian organization—the rescuers. Since the establishment of the Rescue Service, you have been entrusted with the vital mission of rescuing and protecting the citizens of the Republic of Armenia.

Today I send you words of appreciation... Your humanitarian activity is invaluable in protecting the population, ensuring security and organizing the normal course of public life.
Today, I would like to express my deep appreciation for your work. Your humanitarian efforts are invaluable in safeguarding the population, ensuring security, and maintaining the normal course of public life.

The challenging activity of a rescuer is fraught with constant risk, demanding immense physical and moral strength. Especially a selfless and noble mission, you engage in a relentless and unwavering battle against the forces of nature, emergency situations and disasters. By overcoming the seemingly insurmountable, you consistently perform heroic deeds, risking your life and health, often going beyond the limits of what seems humanly possible.

This year, one of the most challenging periods for the Republic of Armenia in recent decades, we faced the disaster of a severe flood. However, due to our high level of preparedness, professional skills, and quick response in every situation, we took on the task of mitigating the consequences. We managed to navigate this difficult situation with minimal losses and ensured the safety of the population with dignity. I want to particularly highlight the heroic and brave efforts of the junior staff, who, undeterred by the forces of nature, fought tirelessly day and night, accomplishing the impossible by overcoming danger and saving lives.

Highlighting the above, I would like to emphasize that we remain steadfast in our commitment to service. We continuously learn from our experiences, reassess and analyze the challenges facing the system, and identify new directions and opportunities for development and effective operation.

Proudly, I would like to emphasize once again that the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs holds a distinguished place and role within the global community of international rescue organizations. The highly skilled Armenian rescuer is not only capable of addressing disasters within their own country but also offers invaluable assistance to other nations in times of crisis. This underscores the exceptional level of operational and professional training within the service.

The certification of such work involves maintaining a consistently high rating across various international platforms and structures, as well as receiving recognition from leading specialists in the field.

The Rescue Service, now undergoing significant and comprehensive reforms within the Ministry of Internal Affairs, continues to enhance and modernize itself. This ongoing transformation aims to develop a combat-ready, professional and resilient service that meets the challenges of the current era.

I am confident that we will overcome every obstacle, disaster and emergency encountered during our service through consistent and dedicated effort, which is the best guarantee of our collective effectiveness. Our experience, strong discipline, courage, and high level of professional training provide a robust defense against any emergency, whether man-made or natural.

Thank you for your courage in rescue work, conscientious service and dedication to the motherland.

I also extend special congratulations to the families of the rescuers who lost their lives in the line of duty, wishing them patience and well-being. Eternal glory and tribute to the cherished memory of these brave individuals.

Dear colleagues,

I once again congratulate all of you on the holiday, wish you strength, courage, inexhaustible optimism and new professional achievements for the sake of our state and people's well-being.

Congratulation, the rescuer!

Kamo Tsutsulyan
