On August 31, at 09։20 information was received to Gegharkunik Regional Crisis Management Center that collapse had occurred in Tsovagyuh village: there was a casualty.
One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

It turned out that the earthen roof (about 20 square meters) of the barn collapsed near a house on the 22nd street of Tsovagyugh village.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, S. J. (born 1954) and R. J. (born in 1955) had been taken to the medical center, where the health condition of S. J. was assessed as satisfactory and R. J. as fair.

The rescuers blocked off the scene.
