On August 27, at 10։06 an emergency call was received to Gegharkunik Regional Crisis Management Center that  collapse had occurred during construction works in the yard of a house on the 5th street of Ddmashen village: there was a casualty. The rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.  

It turned out that the earthen wall of the barn near the house was partially collapsed (about 6 square meters), the casualty R. A. was taken to a medical center, where doctors assessed his health condition as stable but serious.

The rescuers blocked off the scene.
