On October 28, at 18։17 an emergency call was received to 112 Operative Management Center of the MIA that collapse had occurred at a house on Yervand Otyan Street in Yerevan city: there were casualties.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad and the duty group of the Management Division for Firefighting and Rescue Activities of Yerevan Rescue Department, the rescue and canine groups from Center for Carrying out Activities of Special Importance, as well as the duty group from the Psychological Assistance and Medical Care Provision Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

Two citizens were taken out of the rubble and hospitalized.
