On July 15, at 13։27 an emergency call was received to Kotayk Regional Operative Management Center that roof had collapsed in the territory of a hydroelectric power plants: there was a stuck citizen.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad from the Regional Rescue Departement and the rescue group from the Center for Carrying out Activities of Special Importance of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

According to preliminary data, the concrete roof of the building partially collapsed during the repair activities. Two employees were pulled out of the stuck area.
