On August 14, at 20։46 an emergency call was received to 112 Operative Management Center of the MIA that collapse had occurred on Tigran Mets Avenue of Yerevan city with building constructions collapsing, falling onto the roadway and sidewalk.

The operative groups of the Rescue Service and the Police of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.
It turned out that the constructions used for construction activities collapsed from their assembled position and fell onto the roadway; there were other hanging constructions.

5 cars, 4 electric poles and trolleybus wires passing through the area were damaged as a result of the collapse.

The rescuers blocked off the scene, stood by until the special equipment of the servicing construction company arrived.

The company removed the hanging constructions using special equipment and cleared the roadway.
