On August 12, at 15։55 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that four citizens had left "Chichkhan" recreation area in Shirakamut: it was not possible to contact them for several hours.

The operative group and two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

As a result of search operations, rescuers and police officers found the citizens near the waterfall called "Trchkan" and accompanied them to a police vehicle.
