On May 11, at 14:24 an emergency call was received to Aragatsotn Regional Crisis Management Center that a shepherd pulled an unconscious citizen out of the river in the area called "Mozolan" of Aparan town.

One fire unit and the operative group from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

Due to the of the road from the beginning of Nigavan village difficult to pass, the ambulance doctor and nurse continued their journey in a rescue vehicle.

The rescuers moved the dead body to the rescue vehicle (about 100 meters) on a stretcher, then transferred it to an ambulance.
