On February 25, at 19:14 an emergency call was received to Aragatsotn Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred on Ashtarak-Agarak roadway, in the section called “Artsvi Tever”, there was a gas leak.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

It turned out that two “Opel” cars collided on the 7th kilometer of Ashtarak-Agarak roadway. One of the cars ran off the roadway, collided with a gas pipeline and ended up in a ditch, there was a gas leak from the gas pipeline: there were no casualties.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive batteries, closed the gas valves of the cars and carried out patrolling until the gas emergency service stopped leakage.
