On October 31, at 01։41 an emergency call was received to Kotayk Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident with fire had occurred in Dzoraghbyur village: two cars collided. The rescuers’ help was needed.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Yerevan Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

It turned out that "Nissan Primera" (driver A. G.) and "Nissan Tiida" cars collided, as a result a fire broke out.

The fire was localized at 02:03 and extinguished at 02:10. The cars were burnt.
