On August 12, at 08։13 information was received to Crisis Management National Center that car accident had occurred on Acharyan Street of Yerevan city: cars collided and there was a gas leak.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Yerevan Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that two “Mercedes-Benz” cars collided near the arch of Arinj village: there were casualties and gas leak from a car.

The rescuers blocked off the scene, disconnected the automotive batteries and closed the gas valves of the cars and carried out washing of the road section.
