On September 2, at 20։06 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that car accident had occurred on the roadway from Masis to Nubarashen: there were stuck citizen and flue leak. The rescuers' help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department and the rescue group from Center for Carrying out Activities of Special Importance of Rescue Forces Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "Opel" (driver S. A. born in 1967) and "Opel" (driver  E. M. born in 1994) cars collided at the 4th km of the road from Nubarashen to Masis town: the latter was turned over onto its side.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, E. M. had been pulled out of the car by the local forces.

The rescuers pulled the driver of "Opel" car S. A.  and the other passenger, as well as the dead body of a passenger out of the car and moved to the ambulance: the  casualties were hospitalized in a medical center.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive batteries of the cars and closed the gas valve of "Opel" car.
