On January 11, at 10:57 an emergency call was received to Aragatsotn Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred on Hartavan-Aparan roadway: there was a stuck citizen,

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "UAZ" (driver G. G. born in 1957), "Mitsubishi" (driver N. G. born in 1990), "VAZ" (driver S. A. born in 1969), "Chevrolet" (driver V. A. born in 1990) cars and "MAN" truck (driver V. A. born in 1990) collided on the 60th km of Margara-Vanadzor-Tashir roadway.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, the driver of "MAN" truck had been pulled out and moved to an ambulance.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive batteries and closed the gas valves of “UAZ”, “Mitsubishi”, “Chevrolet” cars and pulled the driver out of “Mitsubishi” car and moved the passenger R. K. (born 2005) to the ambulance. The casualty was hospitalized in medical centers.
