On May 15, at 15:38 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that car accident had occurred on Getargel-Jrvezh roadway of Kotayk province: There were stuck casualties. There was a gas leak.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squads of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

It turned out that “Opel” and “BMW” cars collided, a fuel leak occurred from the latter: there were no stuck citizens.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive batteries and closed the gas valves of the cars, moved the driver of “BMW” car to the ambulance and carried out washing of the road.

The casualties were hospitalized in a medical center.
