On October 20, at 01:05 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that car accident had occurred near the sign of Tandzaver village of Syunik province.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "KamAZ" truck (driver H. D.) and "Howo" tank truck (driver A. O. born in 1986) collided: the tank truck ran off the roadway and appeared in the middle of the field.

The rescuers pulled A. O. out of the cabin and moved to the ambulance: the casualty was hospitalized in a medical center.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive batteries of the cars.
