On June 14, at 14։44 an emergency call was received to Kotayk Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred near Fantan village on Yerevan-Sevan roadway: the rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "Opel" and "Mercedes-Benz" cars collided at the 37th km of the Yerevan-Sevan roadway. There was one casualty.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery and closed the gas valve of the car, blocked off the scene and moved the driver of "Opel" car to the ambulance. The latter was hospitalized at a medical center.
