On August 3, at 18:59 information was received to Tavush Regional Crisis Management Center that cars collided on Dilijan-Vanadzor roadway: there were casualties.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "Ford" and "VAZ" cars collided at the 1st km of Dilijan-Vanadzor roadway.

Six casualties were hospitalized at medical centers.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive batteries, blocked off the scene and closed the gas valve of "VAZ" car.
