On December 11, at 19։28 an emergency call was received to Vayots Dzor Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred near Yelpin village: the rescuers' help was needed. 

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "Ford” car crashed into a parked "KamAZ" truck and overturned at the 98th km of Yerevan-Meghri roadway.

The driver of "Ford" car was pulled out of the car by the local forces and hospitalized in a medical center.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive batteries of the cars, blocked off the scene, washed the road and loaded "Ford car onto a tow truck.
